$145,000

The well's drilled, the pole barn's built, and the tractor's parked inside. All on forty flat, usable acres. The 36x36 pole barn (1,296 sq ft) sits on a concrete floor under a metal roof, with a large door and a solar heater to keep it usable year-round. Water is in: a 370-ft well feeds a 500-gallon storage tank. You also get two carports, semi-trailer storage, a porta john, and a gated entry. Power is roughly 3/4 mile away. Access is easy, just off a paved road, and the views stretch across open desert to the hills. Crack-in-the-Ground, Hole-in-the-Ground, Fort Rock, and the Christmas Valley dunes are all within reach. And here's the kicker: the farm tractor and all implements stay with the property at no extra cost. Most land buyers spend their first year and first big check just getting equipped. Here you start with water, shelter, shop and tractor to work the ground.
